Waaree Energies Limited, a leading Indian renewable energy company, reported record-breaking quarterly results for Q3 FY26, demonstrating strong growth across revenue, profitability, and operational capacity.
The company posted revenue from operations of ₹7,565.05 crore, marking a 118.81% year-on-year (YoY) increase, while EBITDA surged 167.16% YoY to ₹1,928.15 crore with margins of 25.49%. Profit after tax (PAT) rose 118.35% YoY to ₹1,106.79 crore, reflecting robust operational efficiency and strategic execution.
Waaree’s record order book now stands at ~₹60,000 crore, providing strong visibility for future growth.
Operational Highlights Q3 FY26:
- Module production: 3.51 GW
- Cell production: 0.75 GW
- Commissioned solar module facilities: 2.1 GW at Chikhli, Gujarat and 3 GW at Samakhiali, Gujarat
- Inverter capacity: 3.05 GW commissioned at Sarodhi, Gujarat
- Capex investment: ~₹1,003 crore toward 20 GWh advanced lithium-ion cell and battery pack manufacturing facility
The company also expanded its global footprint with a USD 30 million investment in United Solar Holding Inc., Oman, securing a fully traceable polysilicon supply chain to support manufacturing in the U.S.A. and other international markets.

We are the first Indian manufacturer to achieve 1 GW+ module production and sales in a single month, producing 52 modules per minute. Our strong order inflows and secured bankable PPAs provide visibility for sustained growth. We are accelerating our transformation into a fully integrated clean energy solutions provider, expanding into BESS, inverters, transformers, renewable power infrastructure, and green hydrogen electrolyzers.”
Waaree remains on track to achieve its FY26 EBITDA target of ₹5,500–6,000 crore, underpinned by disciplined execution, strategic diversification, and global expansion, contributing significantly to India’s clean energy transition.
