TotalEnergies ENEOS has launched a 28 MWp rooftop solar PV system at Samsung’s HCMC CE Complex in Vietnam, marking the largest project under the country’s DPPA framework. Expected to provide 26% of the site’s electricity, the system will significantly reduce carbon emissions and enhance energy efficiency over its 20-year agreement.
