Chinese solar inverter manufacturer Solinteg has introduced its latest addition to the Integ M product family: the M2HT 10–30K series.

The new line of three-phase high-voltage (HV) hybrid inverters is designed for residential and light-commerical applications and offers output power ratings ranging from 9.9 kW to 30 kW across eight distinct models.

“The inverter provides time-of-use operating modes and, in supported markets and platform versions, dynamic-pricing functions that can schedule battery charging and discharging around electricity tariffs,” a spokesperson from the company told pv magazine. “Other energy-management functions include peak shifting, PV generation forecasting and connectivity with approved third-party energy-management systems.

“Depending on the system configuration, the inverter can also coordinate EV charging, heat-pump and smart-load applications. A dedicated generator port supports direct generator connection and start-stop control in applicable configurations,” the spokesperson went on to say.

The transformerless inverter measures 587 mm × 535 mm × 238 mm and weighs 38.5 kg. It features an IP66-rated enclosure for indoor or outdoor mounting, operates in ambient temperatures from -30 C to 60 C, and uses smart fan cooling. Maximum efficiency is rated at 97.7%, while European efficiency is 97.2%.

A central architectural feature of the M2HT 10–30K is its four independent maximum power point trackers (MPPTs), configured with one string input per tracker. Operating across a wide voltage range of 120 V to 950 V with a low start-up threshold of 120 V, the inverter maximizes daily generation hours even under low-light conditions, according the company. Maximum PV input voltage is rated at 1000 V.

Each MPPT tracker supports a maximum input current of 20 A and a short-circuit current of 25 A. This enables full compatibility with modern, high-power, high-current PV modules,” the manufacturer said, noting that the four-tracker topology allows installers to manage multi-orientational roofs, such as east-west-north-south layouts or complex commercial structures, without requiring external optimizers. The inverter reportedly achieves an MPPT efficiency of 99.90%.

On the storage side, the M2HT inverter features two independent battery inputs designed for high-voltage lithium batteries with an operating range of 130 V to 900 V. Each port supports up to 40 A of charging and discharging current, delivering a combined maximum charge/discharge current of 80 A.

The company explained that this dual-port design allows installers to connect two separate battery stacks directly to the inverter without needing external combiner boxes. For backup power, the M2HT provides an automatic on-grid to off-grid switching time of less than 10 ms. It features a 120% surge capacity for 60 seconds to secure heavy loads, alongside a peak backup output of up to 200%

The inverter is designed for use with high-voltage lithium battery systems equipped with an integrated battery management system (BMS). While compatible with battery models validated on Solinteg’s official compatibility list, Solinteg recommends its own E2BS B6K0/B9K0 battery units for a fully optimized solar-plus-storage setup. Up to 10 inverter units can be connected in parallel to scale capacity for larger projects.

The M2HT also includes intelligent management features, with the platform supporting 15-minute dynamic pricing and time-of-use (ToU) tariff schedules, enabling automated scheduling of battery charging and discharging. For metering and grid interfacing, the unit supports direct connection of three current transformers (CTs).
