Green Rain Energy Holdings Inc. has announced plans to expand its solar and EV charging infrastructure deployment plan into Florida, as well as the Las Vegas metropolitan market.

Officials from the Beverly Hills, California-based firm say the two new locations in Florida will bolster their firm’s relationship with Driftwood Hospitality Management. The two companies share a goal of advancing EV charging infrastructure at commercial and hospitality properties with high traffic levels.

Located in Pompano Beach and Stuart, a small town on the outskirts of Port St. Lucie, the planned charging locations are on Hilton Worldwide hotel properties. Green Rain Energy is currently evaluating the deployment of EV charging infrastructure at these locations in its efforts to expand EV charging possibilities at common travel markets.

Simultaneous to its move into the Sunshine State, Green Rain Energy is making its way to Sin City, representatives say.

“Las Vegas represents an exciting opportunity for Green Rain Energy as we continue to expand our infrastructure platform into major U.S. markets,” says Green Rain Energy CEO Alfredo Papadakis. “We are looking at opportunities where solar generation and high-speed EV charging can work together to create long-term energy infrastructure.

“At the same time, our continued expansion with Driftwood Hospitality in Florida demonstrates the growing geographic reach of our EV charging strategy.”

Las Vegas and beyond

As of October 2026, Green Rain Energy is currently in discussion with an unnamed property developer, regarding the opportunity to move into Las Vegas, Nevada’s metropolitan market.

“The proposed strategy would focus on the development of solar energy infrastructure combined with Level 3 DC Fast Charging (DCFC), creating opportunities for high-speed EV charging supported by renewable energy infrastructure,” the firm says. “Las Vegas represents an important market for Green Rain Energy as the Company continues to evaluate high-traffic urban and commercial locations where solar generation and EV charging can be developed together.”

Additionally, Green Rain Energy is evaluating potential office locations within the Las Vegas area, as it explores the idea of making the city a lynchpin for its commercial operations. Company representatives say the firm’s current business model puts an emphasis on scalable projects across the country, allowing EV charging and renewable energy generation to complement each other.

Green Rain has already announced plans involving the Level 3 DCFCs deploying nationwide, greatly expanding its EV charging network. The addition of the two properties in Florida and the exploration of expansion into Las Vegas represent further steps in the company’s geographical EV infrastructure diversification.
