Advent Upgrade Solar Inc. (AUSI) and Marcel FoodSciences, Inc. have commissioned a 793.6 kWp rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system at Marcel’s manufacturing facility in Sibong, Cebu, marking a step forward in the companies’ efforts to strengthen sustainable and energy-efficient operations.
The rooftop solar installation has been deployed at Marcel FoodSciences’ production facility and is expected to support the company’s transition toward cleaner energy sources while reducing reliance on conventional electricity.
According to the companies, the project reflects their shared commitment to integrating renewable energy solutions into industrial operations and advancing sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing sector.
By adopting rooftop solar power, Marcel FoodSciences aims to improve energy efficiency at its Cebu facility while contributing to broader environmental goals through reduced carbon emissions.
