Bondada Engineering Limited has successfully commissioned 56.9 MW of solar power projects across Maharashtra, taking its total commissioned capacity past the 1 GW mark — a major achievement in its renewable energy journey.

According to the company’s regulatory filing on November 12, 2025, the projects were completed by October 31, 2025, and are spread across Hingoli, Dhule, Sambhajinagar, and Jalgaon districts. The installations were developed for Paradigm IT and MAHAGENCO (Maharashtra State Power Generation Co. Ltd.), reflecting Bondada Engineering’s growing footprint across both public and private sector solar initiatives.

Despite facing challenging monsoon conditions, the company’s Solar Division ensured timely delivery through strong technical expertise and on-ground coordination. This resilience, Bondada said, underscores its ability to execute large-scale renewable projects under demanding environments.

The commissioning of these solar clusters aligns with India’s National Renewable Energy Mission, contributing to the country’s long-term clean energy goals. By surpassing the 1 GW cumulative capacity milestone, Bondada Engineering reinforces its commitment to Vision 2030, focusing on timely execution and sustainable project delivery.

Sonia Bidlan, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, confirmed the development in the BSE filing, emphasizing that this milestone strengthens the company’s role in India’s transition toward a low-carbon economy.

As India accelerates its renewable energy expansion, Bondada Engineering’s continued progress highlights the vital role of domestic EPC players in driving the nation’s solar growth trajectory.
