K2 Infragen Ltd. has secured two new transmission and substation orders worth ₹56.91 crore from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited, strengthening its presence in India’s power transmission and distribution (T&D) sector.
The Letters of Acceptance (LoA) include the construction of a 132/33 kV grid sub-station at Mukundgarh in Jhunjhunu district, valued at ₹29.85 crore, along with associated transmission lines and 132 kV bays. With these awards, K2 Infragen continues to expand its T&D portfolio, adding to its growing order inflow across energy, railways, renewable infrastructure, and civil engineering segments.
The company stated that it has secured ₹411.91 crore in new orders since December 2025 and has bids worth approximately ₹580 crore currently under evaluation across road and railway infrastructure projects, indicating sustained momentum in its order pipeline.
Management highlighted that the company is also exploring Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) opportunities to build long-term annuity-based revenues through government-backed infrastructure assets.
Founded in 2015, K2 Infragen operates across multiple infrastructure domains including power transmission, railways, roads, water infrastructure, and renewable energy, with a project footprint spanning several Indian states.
