Premier Energies Limited has officially completed the acquisition of equity shares in HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited, marking an important development in its renewable energy expansion strategy. The announcement was made through a regulatory filing on March 3, 2026, following the company’s earlier communication in February regarding its plan to establish a joint venture with BA Prerna Renewables Private Limited.

According to the disclosure submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited, Premier Energies acquired 1,04,550 equity shares of HeliosAnthos Energies Private Limited. The transaction was carried out through a private placement in which shares were allotted on a preferential basis. The total financial consideration for the acquisition was INR 10,45,500.

With this investment, Premier Energies now holds a 51 percent stake in the paid-up equity share capital of HeliosAnthos Energies. As a result, HeliosAnthos Energies has officially become a subsidiary of Premier Energies Limited. The company confirmed that it received formal confirmation regarding the completion of the share allotment from HeliosAnthos Energies on March 3, 2026, at 10:27 a.m.

The regulatory filing stated that the acquisition forms part of the company’s broader plan to strengthen its presence in the renewable energy sector and expand its business through strategic partnerships and joint ventures. By securing majority ownership in HeliosAnthos Energies, Premier Energies is expected to gain greater operational control and collaboration opportunities in upcoming renewable energy projects.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The filing was signed and authorized by Ravella Sreenivasa Rao, who serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Premier Energies.
