UK-based roof-integrated solar specialist Viridian Solar has introduced a new range of flashing products developed in collaboration with Keylite Roof Windows, aimed at improving compatibility between Clearline fusion solar panels and Keylite roof window systems.

The newly launched Clearline fusion F16-VC flashing kit is designed for centrally positioned roof windows and is now available through Clearline fusion suppliers. Flashing kits serve as essential waterproofing components for roof-mounted solar installations.

According to the companies, the F16-VC kit is fully compatible with Keylite’s VS RF flashing, which supports Viridian Solar’s Clearline fusion PV16-M10 and PV16-G1 modules. The system can be used with two Keylite roof window sizes:

06 model: 780 mm × 1,400 mm

07F model: 940 mm × 1,400 mm

The VS RF flashing can be purchased directly from Keylite product distributors.

Viridian Solar said the collaboration reflects the need for closer integration between solar module suppliers and roof window manufacturers as PV array sizes continue to grow. The company emphasized that the new components have been “tested, approved, and backed by both companies.”

The announcement follows Viridian Solar’s recent expansion of its Clearline fusion roof-integrated product range, which now includes a 445 W TOPCon panel available across the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany. The broader portfolio also features the PV16-405-M10 all-black monocrystalline module and the PV16-G1, offered in 335–340 W versions with both white and black backsheets.

Viridian Solar recommends pairing all panels with its proprietary all-metal Clearline fusion mounting system, which the company claims enhances installation safety, speed, and compatibility across various slate and tile roof types.
