Raydean Enterprises Limited, a Jaipur-based clean energy engineering company, has raised ₹200 crore through a combination of equity and debt to accelerate its manufacturing expansion and strengthen its integrated renewable energy solutions portfolio.

The equity round attracted investments from a consortium of institutional funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), while the debt component was secured through structured financing from leading nationalised lenders.

The company said the fresh capital will be used to establish a fully integrated manufacturing facility that will consolidate its expanding product portfolio under one roof. The facility will manufacture solar module mounting structures, solar trackers, transmission towers, and energy-efficient consumer products, enabling greater operational efficiency and production scale.

Founded in 2008, Raydean Enterprises has evolved from a balance-of-system (BOS) component manufacturer into an integrated clean energy engineering platform. The company currently operates across three business segments: renewable energy generation solutions, power transmission infrastructure, and energy-efficient consumer products.

Its generation business includes the design and supply of agri-solar mounting structures, solar trackers, and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services for utility-scale and rooftop solar projects. The transmission segment manufactures steel structures and substation towers for distribution, sub-transmission, and high-voltage direct current (HVDC) networks, while its consumption business produces BLDC appliances and solar-powered electronics under the Raydean Eco Ease brand.

According to the company, it ranks among India’s top five solar module mounting structure manufacturers, as recognised by Mercom India. With manufacturing facilities located in Rajasthan and Maharashtra, Raydean currently has an installed production capacity exceeding 90,000 metric tonnes annually.

The company said its expansion aligns with the growing opportunities created by India’s renewable energy transition, supported by government initiatives such as the PM-KUSUM Scheme for agricultural solarisation and the PM Surya Ghar rooftop solar programme. Increasing investments in transmission infrastructure to integrate renewable energy into the national grid are also expected to drive long-term demand for the company’s products and services.

Raydean is currently executing projects across Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh, and expects its expanding project pipeline to support sustained business growth.

Commenting on the fundraise, Samarth Dakshini, Managing Director of Raydean Enterprises Limited, said the investment marks an important milestone in the company’s transformation into an integrated energy engineering platform. He added that India is at the beginning of a multi-decade energy transition and grid modernisation cycle, positioning the company to capitalise on emerging opportunities through disciplined expansion.

The upcoming integrated manufacturing campus will feature automated fabrication, in-house hot-dip galvanisation, and comprehensive quality assurance systems. According to the company, consolidating manufacturing operations at a single location is expected to reduce logistics costs, improve production efficiency, enhance throughput, and strengthen its ability to deliver customised engineering solutions for the renewable energy sector.
