Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has received and accepted a commercial order worth ₹190 crore from a renowned domestic Independent Power Producer (IPP)/EPC player for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.

According to the company’s regulatory filing, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and covers the supply of solar PV modules. The order is classified as a commercial contract and is scheduled to be executed by March 2027.

The ₹190 crore order was received and accepted by Saatvik Solar Industries, a material subsidiary of Saatvik Green Energy. The company has not disclosed the name of the IPP/EPC player that awarded the order.

The company stated that the order does not involve any interest from its promoter or promoter group in the awarding entity. It also does not fall under related-party transactions.

The latest order strengthens Saatvik Green Energy’s solar PV module business and adds to its commercial order pipeline as the company continues to cater to demand from the domestic renewable energy market.
