EBITDA increased 140.6% YoY to ₹254.8 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to 18.9% from 17.7% in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, revenue grew 49.4% from ₹900.8 crore in Q4 FY26, while EBITDA increased 48.6%.

Reported PAT stood at ₹57.8 crore, down 14.5% YoY, primarily due to a provision related to the Bawal fire loss. Excluding the exceptional item, normalised PAT increased 144.5% YoY to ₹165.2 crore, with the normalised PAT margin improving to 12.3% from 11.3% in Q1 FY26.

Fujiyama commissioned a 2,000 MW solar panel manufacturing facility at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, during Q1 FY27. The company also commissioned a 2,000 MW power electronics manufacturing facility at Ratlam in August 2026, while its 2,000 MW lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility is expected to be commissioned by Q2 FY27.

The company is also setting up a 1,200 MW solar cell manufacturing facility at Ratlam, with an investment of approximately ₹350 crore. Following the latest capacity additions, Fujiyama’s total solar panel and power electronics manufacturing capacities have increased to 3,568 MW and 4,180 MW, respectively.

Fujiyama expanded its distribution network during the quarter by adding more than 80 distributors, 1,000 dealers and 30 exclusive Shoppes. Its total channel partner base stood at more than 10,100 as of June 30, 2026.

The company is also strengthening its backward integration strategy. Fujiyama has approved the acquisition of an additional 31% stake each in Zayo Energy Private Limited and Zayo Cables Private Limited, increasing its holding in both companies from 19% to 50%. Zayo Energy manufactures solar module components including aluminium frames, PV ribbon wire, busbars and solder wires, while Zayo Cables produces PV junction boxes, solar cables and EVA sheets.

Fujiyama said the residential rooftop solar market continues to present growth opportunities, supported by government initiatives, rising consumer awareness and increasing adoption. The company plans to focus on ramping up its newly commissioned manufacturing capacities, expanding its distribution reach and strengthening integration across its solar value chain.
