JinkoSolar has announced that its Tiger Neo 3.0 module has surpassed 30 GW in cumulative global orders within just 10 months of its launch in November 2025, reflecting strong market demand for the company’s N-type technology.

The Tiger Neo 3.0 has secured multiple GW-scale orders across the Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and the domestic market, demonstrating strong confidence in JinkoSolar’s N-type technology.

According to JinkoSolar, Tiger Neo 3.0 is designed to deliver value across three key areas: tangible economic benefits, reliable power generation across different operating scenarios, and performance exceeding Class 1 energy efficiency requirements.

The mandatory GB 47834-2026 national standard sets the threshold for Class 1 energy efficiency at ≥24.0% module efficiency and ≥75% bifaciality. Tiger Neo 3.0 achieves an efficiency of 24.8% and a bifaciality ratio of 85% ± 5%, exceeding these thresholds. JinkoSolar also states that the module was the first to pass CPVT Class 1 energy efficiency compliance verification.

Equipped with high-efficiency passivated contact technology, Tiger Neo 3.0 is designed to combine high conversion efficiency with long-term power generation performance. The module features first-year degradation of less than 1%, followed by annual linear degradation of just 0.35%, supporting stable energy output throughout its operating life.

The strong order momentum comes as 650W+ modules increasingly move from a premium option toward a market entry requirement. As demand for higher module power and energy efficiency continues to increase, JinkoSolar sees Class 1 energy-efficient production capacity becoming increasingly important in the competitive solar module market.
