Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL), a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has secured a 210 MWp (150 MWac) Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract from Solaris Horizon Energy Private Limited (SHEPL) for the development of a grid-connected ground-mounted solar power project. The contract also includes two years of operation and maintenance (O&M) services.

The company disclosed that it received the order on August 5, 2026, and informed the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to the filing, the project will involve the execution of a 210 MWp (150 MWac) grid-connected ground-mounted solar plant and is scheduled for completion during FY 2027-28, in line with the terms of the contract.

The order has been awarded by Solaris Horizon Energy Private Limited, a domestic entity. The disclosure further states that SHEPL is a step-down subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, making the transaction a related-party transaction conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The latest order strengthens Waaree Renewable Technologies’ EPC project portfolio and reinforces its position in India’s rapidly expanding utility-scale solar market, as developers continue to accelerate large-scale renewable energy deployments.
